Grace

Dissolve my fears of bodily death into the radiance of love.

Let there be only room in my heart for gratitude of the eternal spirit.

Drifting with the ever flowing river of changing forms and phenomena.

May glowing clouds guide my decent into the abyss of the unknown.

We knock but grace opens the door,

to realization and release from suffering.

Grace brings healing to the afflicted.

Grace brings truth to the seeker.

Grace brings the shore of salvation to the souls lost at sea.

By grace the transmutation of fear into love, as water into wine.

Grace and the unknown are kindred spirits in the cosmos.

Both at home in the heart but alien to the brain and its analyzed control.

Trusting the feet will land safe on the ground in the morning mist.

Faith in grace outshines doubt to anchor in the way of the heart.

To be received by God into the womb of the divine feminine

Is the act of grace like nature's embrace of the deep forest.

Hail Mary, full of grace... Mother of God,

Pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death

(I don't believe in hell. So for me sin is not a condemnation, it's an invitation to become a more complete human being through the soul's evolution. The last two lines are from the Hail Mary.)

--for me God is synonymous with the Dao, Creator, Great Spirit, Unnamable womb of potential, Source of Love and Life, the unified quantum Field, ecstatic Emptiness
